Parents, guardians and staff can request deletion of their platform account and eligible personal data. School-managed safeguarding, accounting, incident and audit records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
Identity verification
The school will verify your identity and relationship to the account before acting.
Request confirmation
You will receive confirmation and information about any records that must be retained.
Include your full name, account email, role, and the child or school relationship associated with the account. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
